Educational public performance & streaming

Milestone offers most of its award-winning DVDs and Blu-Rays for purchase with public performance rights to educational and cultural organizations. (Just remember to select the format “DVD Institutional Rate with PPR and 3-year Streaming!”)

These purchases include a three-year streaming license in addition to public performance rights for on-site screenings only. The streaming license is for a term of three years from the date of purchase and grants the purchasing institution the right to stream over a single secure server with a password-protected connection. Streaming access must be strictly limited to users affiliated with the school or organization. Streaming rights extensions can be negotiated with Milestone after the initial three-year term has lapsed. Milestone retains the right to terminate this agreement at any time. No broadcast, Internet or other rights are granted or implied.
